Premium Payment

BOC NET

Transfer the premium from your designated bank through BOCNET (Personal) provided by Bank of China (Macau Branch).

Over-the-Counter

Present the premium notice at any branch of BNU or LUSO Bank. Accept payment by cash in USD / HKD / MOP or by cheque or by intra-bank transfer.

By mail or drop into our Customer Service Centre

Submit a crossed cheque according to your payment notification. The cheque should be made payable to: "FWD Life Insurance Company (Macau) Limited" or “FWD”. Please state clearly the policy number for which the payment is made on the back of the cheque. We recommend using a separate cheque to pay for each policy.

Please cross the cheque and send it together with the payment slip to 15/F, Fortuna Business Centre, No. 301-355, Avenida Comercial De Macau, Macau

You may also submit the cheque to our Customer Service Centre.

JETCO ATM

Transfer the premium through ATM with “JET PAYMENT” Services for payment

1. Under ‘bill payment’ select our merchant code: 105
2. Input the policy number & premium amount as stated on your premium notice - as per the instructions on screen

Online Banking Service

Transfer the premium from your designated bank through your Online Banking Service

1. Login to your account and select “FWD LIFE” under bill payments. 
2. Input the policy number & premium amount as stated on your premium notice - as per the instructions on screen

Cash / cheque

You can make your payment directly in cash or by cheque at 15/F, Fortuna Business Centre, No. 301-355, Avenida Comercial De Macau, Macau.

Note: Up to MOP 20,000 per policy per day.

Bank account

Complete and return the "Direct Debit / Credit Card Authorisation Form". Since this method of payment requires two months to process, a pre-payment of two months’ premium is required in order to match the effective date of the autopay.
